Return and Refund Policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

1. Return Eligibility
We do not accept returns for the following categories of items:

  • Custom products (such as special orders or personalized items)
  • Auctioned items

Our return window is 14 days from the day of receipt, in strict accordance with European and Dutch law. To qualify for a return, the item must be in its original condition and packaging, unworn or unused, and include all tags and accessories. Returns that do not meet these criteria will not be accepted.

2. Refund Process
If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. We offer refunds and exchanges when applicable and possible. However, the original shipping cost is non-refundable.

3. Return Shipping
The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs, unless the wrong item was delivered, or the product arrived damaged due to our mistake.

  • We may provide a return label through your account or via a return portal (if and when available), which you can pay for. Alternatively, you can arrange shipping independently.
  • It is essential that the return is sent to the correct address, with the correct order information, and that you retain proof of shipment with tracking details until we confirm receipt of your return.

4. Non-Returnable Items
As outlined above, the following items are non-returnable:

  • Custom products (including auctioned items)

5. Damaged or Defective Items
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and do our best to resolve it quickly, including issuing a replacement or refund where appropriate.

6. Refund Exceptions
Returns that are not in their original condition or packaging, or that are sent after the 14-day window, will not be accepted for refund or exchange.

7. Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. We offer exchanges where possible and applicable. Please contact us if you wish to exchange a product, and we will assist you based on availability.

8. European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period
If your order is being shipped within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. To qualify for a return under this policy, the item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide a receipt or proof of purchase.
